Palm Beach Hotel Statement on the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

 

OUR COMMITMENT TO HEALTH & SAFETY

Considering the health & safety of our guests and staff as our top priority, we assure you that our integrated Health and Safety plan foresees all measures, specifications and procedures across all hotel departments to address the new COVID-19 and any disease that can be transmitted in the community, in accordance to the World Health Organisation, the Greek Ministry of Health and local authorities.

The following steps have been taken:

  1. Compliance with Health First” certificate established by the Greek Authorities.

  2. All hotel employees vaccinated or not, will undergo a mandatory weakly test by the occupational doctor to confirm their health, which is available at any time.

  3. Daily service by medicare at the hotel 09:00-09:30am  provide PCR test  (60 euro) and RAPID test (20 euro)

  4. Check-in time is now 15:00, check-out time is 11:00

  5. Intensified cleaning & disinfection procedures across all high volume touch points & guestrooms.

  6. All key and cards will be disinfected before giving to you on arrival.

  7. Disinfectant dispensers for guests in public areas.

  8. There is a signage everywhere to remind customers to keep their distance from one another.

  9. High standards of food safety – HACCP procedures

  10. F&B outlets operate with social distance measures and longer hours of operation. All servings are being handled by members of our staff, in order to minimize risks of cross-contamination

  11. Social distancing specifications in pool area. Sanitation will be provided to our sun beds regularly

  12. Simple & fast check-in / Check – out procedures

  13. Doctor on call 24/7 to provide special care to our guests,

  14. Ongoing and constant training for our compliant staff
